Fred P Boiler Room x Ballantine’s Stay True South Africa: Part Two DJ Set

Fred P recently played in Philly at the new 714 and blew the lid off, not giving a fuck and playing harder when the lights went on… This Boiler Room set was recorded a couple of days later and to me, captures the same precision in his mixing. Effortless transitions where genres are nothing not but a label. Fred P is floating through a feeling, let’s all enjoy the ride…

Pezzner – Eros

I posted a different Pezzner track here, and at the time wasn’t really into Eros off the same EP. On a seemingly unrelated note, Thursday night rolls around and I decided against going to see Danny Howells, mainly down to the fact that I was already at live techno improv session with a modular synth, drums and DJ. Long story longer, I looked up a recent Boiler Room session of Danny Howells and stumbled upon Eros.

The funny part is that I’m still not sure if I’m totally into it. I really enjoyed it in the mix so I think that’s where it really shines. I added the mix I mentioned below as well. 🙂
